Ariel was absolutely amazing to work with leading up to our wedding! She had incredible communication, was extremely organized, and paid attention to every detail. She always made sure my husband and I felt comfortable throughout the planning process and reminded us to enjoy the experience rather than stress over it. Xtraordinary Coordinations LLC Is truly incredible. Our wedding was last weekend, and she made it truly the best. She did everything from setting up/taking down decor, main contact for all vendors, helped with literally everything, and even assisted with the day before welcome party and the day after brunch. This woman is a literal gift and deserves ALL of the praise!

Ariel is the best!! From the start we knew we really liked her – she is real, honest, kind, and clearly very competent and experienced. She gave us so much helpful input, answered my many many questions patiently and thoughtfully, and her communication was TOP NOTCH through the entire process – just a total dream to work with through everything. I cannot recommend Ariel highly enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, efficient, and truly the backbone of our big day. Not only did she communicate seamlessly with me and all the vendors, but I also received multiple compliments from other vendors on how professional and organized she was.

Even though we were based in a different state, that never once posed a problem—she executed my vision autonomously and flawlessly, making everything look absolutely beautiful. Throughout the entire process, she made sure I felt supported, calm, and taken care of.

First off let me say that Ariel has a wonderful sweet soul. She has a calming presence and is super easy to talk to. Which is exactly what I needed in a coordinator. We hired her for our wedding day on 5/25/25 in Chaska, MN. Not only was Ariel our wedding coordinator but also our officiant. She wrote a beautiful script for our ceremony. Literally made me teary eyed when I read it. I could not believe it was her first time officiating. It spoke to my soul and knew it was the right words to say the day of our wedding. Ariel had a very clear communication style every step of the way. She worked with us on creating our wedding day schedule, communicated with vendors, rehearsal and advised us with her experience from other couples/weddings she’s worked with. Her and her team picked everything up and brought it to the venue to set-up and tore it down. Dropped it back off to our house at the end of the night. Which was a huge plus after a long day. Ariel even personally delivered our marriage certificate after she filed the license with the county and also dropped off some things back to vendors for us the next day. She went above and beyond in all ways. Kept us stress free on our wedding day. If I could give higher than a five star review for Ariel I would. Best decision was marrying my husband and second best was hiring Xtraordinary Coordinations to coordinate, set up, and tear down my whole wedding. The pricing is the MOST reasonable that I have found. Ariel was so professional and even went out of her way to help out at the rehearsal. Ariel worked so hard the entire day and was there for anything anybody needed. At the wedding many people came up talking about how much they loved Ariel, we really could not have done it without her!

We could not have as wonderful day for our daughter and son-in-law. She handles everything so wonderfully. Without her the day would not have gone so smoothly. She is such a beautiful and hard working person and always has a smile no matter what. She is kind and knows exactly what to do and when.

She is a blessing we were meant to be a part of the wonderful day.
