Ariel is the best!! From the start we knew we really liked her – she is real, honest, kind, and clearly very competent and experienced. She gave us so much helpful input, answered my many many questions patiently and thoughtfully, and her communication was TOP NOTCH through the entire process – just a total dream to work with through everything. She truly went above and beyond what we expected multiple times. I realized during the wedding planning process that I am a bit of a control freak, but on wedding day I was able to completely let go and just enjoy the day without worrying about the little details because I knew she had it handled – and everything went perfectly. I truly can’t imagine the day without her!! Can’t recommend enough!

Xtraordinary Coordinations LLC Is truly incredible. Our wedding was last weekend, and she made it truly the best. She did everything from setting up/taking down decor, main contact for all vendors, helped with literally everything, and even assisted with the day before welcome party and the day after brunch. My partner and I were married late summer 2024 and we (and our guests) couldn’t stop raving about Ariel and her team. Ariel went above and beyond to make our day run so smoothly. From set up, to greeting and paying vendors, to tear down, we were able to be so present in a day that could have been so stressful because we knew we were in great hands.
