If I could give higher than a five star review for Ariel I would. Best decision was marrying my husband and second best was hiring Xtraordinary Coordinations to coordinate, set up, and tear down my whole wedding. The pricing is the MOST reasonable that I have found. Ariel was so professional and even went out of her way to help out at the rehearsal. Ariel worked so hard the entire day and was there for anything anybody needed. At the wedding many people came up talking about how much they loved Ariel, we really could not have done it without her!

We hired Ariel as the coordinator for my daughter’s wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She’s very organized and great with communication! She was so helpful with everything from the planning, working with vendors and set up and take down. I strongly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for everything Ariel! My partner and I were married late summer 2024 and we (and our guests) couldn’t stop raving about Ariel and her team. Ariel went above and beyond to make our day run so smoothly. From set up, to greeting and paying vendors, to tear down, we were able to be so present in a day that could have been so stressful because we knew we were in great hands. In the lead up to our day, Ariel met with us several times (including a venue walkthrough) and is so personable and charismatic, the meetings that could have been really stressful were actually really fun!
