Our set-up and tear-down service is perfect for couples who want a stress-free wedding day without burdening family or friends with behind-the-scenes work. Let us handle the heavy lifting—literally and figuratively!
Set-Up includes the full styling and placement of tables, chairs, linens, décor, centerpieces, signage, guestbook tables, and favors. We also set up your ceremony space, including arches, aisle décor, and seating, and coordinate with vendors to ensure everything is in the right place. A final walkthrough is done to ensure your entire vision is brought to life exactly as planned.
Tear-Down includes packing up all décor and personal items, collecting rental pieces for return, clearing tables, removing trash, resetting the venue if required, and securely storing your items in a designated location such as a vehicle or holding room.
This service is available exclusively for weddings in Minnesota. Travel rates may apply based on location.
